New updated v6 version #210

Update loadtest for the latest conventions.

Changes:

Convert to an ES module.
Use import and export instead of require() and exports.
Added sample and test for --post-file option.
Deprecate --quiet and --debug options.
Move .loadtestrc to sample/.
Separated all tests from code, moved to test/.
Remove log package as a dependency.
Update dependencies: testing, websocket, eslint.
Update to Node.js v16 or later.
Update version to 6.0.0.

For immediate merge. Tests passing.
