Add Button To Text Format Options #3

On "admin/config/content/formats/manage/basic_html" you can add buttons to the basic HTML text format. The button needs to be available in order to add it to the WYSIWYG editor.

Button is added to the config form, but it doesn't show on the WYSIWYG :(
