Adding basic support for ATxmega16d4. #1

It looks like somebody else might have already suggested these changes. In case you're interested, this is a trivial patch to support the xmega16d4. I've successfully compiled and used it.

Noted. I went ahead and reworked the boot section offset portion of the makefile to make it a bit more streamlined while at the same time adding all of the D series parts. I have no D series parts to test on, though.

BTW, the new code works just fine with my 16d4.
