Properly scope Rails calls #24

This fixes a crash for me. I'm getting a bunch of undefined methodroot' for Guard::Rails:Class` errors which are fixed by this pull request. Can we get a new version pushed to RubyGems so we don't have to pull from master?

Just cut a new gem. Sorry for the delay
