doc: example 2 description update for staff element #15

Updates the example 2 text to explain the discrepancy found between example 1 and 2 XML outputs regarding the presence or non-presence of the <staff> element. This itself becomes a short lesson about the usage of the staff element in XML.

Hi @alexgorji , will this PR be merged in? I meant to ask but have been busy the past couple of months. I'm back and working on one of the issues in the musicxml library.
