feat: New Tonie API #5

usage of tonie-api
added ruff linting and applied almost all rules to it
refactoring to meet the ruff criteria
removed wget and used requests, as wget is a bit old and unmaintained
added rich for a super cool output in the console (all Tonies as a table with additional information)
added Good Case unit tests, no checks, how it behaves, when there is an issue

BREAKING CHANGE

method names have been renamed

@alexhartm you may also take a look at the changes I made regarding the tonie-api by adding GitHub actions and automation of releases. This can be applied to this project as well.

This is really great @Wilhelmsson177! I have published a new version already. In the next couple of days, I'll also have a look at the GH actions in tonie_api. I had improvements towards that on my todo list anyways, so it's nice to have a good example to start with. When doing so, I'll also create a Contributors chapter in the project readme, to prominently highlight your valuable changes. Thanks again!
