Per-Host Streaming Settings #4

I have two different machines that I regularly stream from. Right now, in order to get the right resolution & frame rate for them, I have to switch around resolution, frame rate, HDR, etc.

I would love to be able to define settings on a per-host basis.

I would definitely be willing to contribute to this. @alexhaugland, do you want me to send pull requests against the visionOS branch?

I have the same issue (connecting to a laptop and desktop with very different settings). Would love to see this get implemented.
