We had "edit" originally, but Pollice thought it was a little unclear as to what the button did so we changed it to this. I think it's fine for now, but if he ever brings it up again, changing the text is hardly a difficult task.
The problem was that the user might think that clicking the edit button will open the selected requirement in a tab for editing. As such i think it is a good thing to leave the button as "Edit All Requirements".
I think it should probably stay as edit all requirements, and if we want to change it it would only take a minute to do so
OK. Since we seem to have reached a decision, I'm going to go ahead and close this issue. If it comes back up again, we can deal with it then.
under all requirements, we could just put "edit" instead of "edit all requirements"
