add a button for editing requirements that will reset the fields to the version of the model in the database

What if:

I open an existing requirement in a new tab,
edit the same requirement in the "list requirements" view and save,
then go back to the tab and click reset? Should the model that is attached to the tab/panel be refreshed before the fields are reset?

Another question: is it appropriate to adjust a minimum Janeway window size from 800x600 to 800x650 (in janeway/gui/container/JanewayFrame.java)?

The minimum Janeway window size is now 800x650, and the reset button is added to the requirement panel. 9011d82f5f3241a707f778e63e41f2413e85ea5c Someone please check if this works well (including the window size).

This looks fixed to me, I'll add another issue to grey out the reset button until changes are made
