Support Debian/Ubuntu #1

The GUI should work with Ubuntu >= 17.04. Need to create a .deb building script from source.

I found fpm and can create debs in docker now, currently compatible with Ubuntu 17.04 and later (in terms of up-to-date libs, similarly new Debian would work too)

First debs are now available
