Investigate tweaking avif encoder settings

8bit instead of 10bit to reduce cpu decoder load.
Try setting tiles to match vcs rows & columns.
libaom-av1
- Try -still-picture for static vcs
Try to use svt-av1 for faster performance
- workaround resolution support (see #2)
- try fast-decode
