Work only with default hyperlink trigger keys. #19

Hi,

First thank you for this package, it save me a lot of time.

It seems that it doesn't work if I change the hyperlink trigger keys. I use very often the ctrl+click to have multiple cursors so I change hyperlink trigger keys to use alt+click but your package don't work anymore with this settings.

Hm odd, I also changed the default hyperclick trigger and it's been working as expected. I'm on Mac though, I take it you're on Windows? I'll have to debug on a Windows machine when I get the chance.

I'm on Ubuntu 16.04, Atom 1.18.0 (x64), hyperclick 0.1.3 and jump-to-import 3.4.1

Unfortunately I haven't been able to reproduce this on a Mac and I don't have a Linux box handy to test currently.
