As a new visitor, I want the summary sections on the homepage to spark my interest by providing an overview of values, technical achievements, project highlights, and service offerings, using common elements for presenting specific content in a non-distracting and engaging way and encouraging me to follow the links to learn more, so that I either stay on the homepage to learn about all offerings and then make a decision which links to follow or follow a link I find particularly engaging earlier on.
