22 contact form built - user user feedback in production not functional yet!

Added a contact form on the contact page. The form is fully functional in the dev environment and returns the success message on form submit as expected. In the Vercel preview environment form data is validated, added to file storage and to the db fine but error message is returned to the user.

To Do:

• [ ] make sure the success message is output to the user in all environments on successful submit
• [ ] implement error handling that provides more detailed information about any errors in the validation process
• [ ] add a modal showing success or error messages in a user-friendly way
• [ ] send a confirmation mail to the user on successful submit
• [ ] send form data to Amplitude for analysis on successful submit
• [ ] on the contact page add contact information and animate it in on scroll
• [ ] animate the forms in on tab change and animate the button on submit click (glowing border)
