Failed to open download folder #156

Describe the bug fail to open download folder by click the button with following log: Failed to launch 'aria2://browse/path=C:%5CUsers%5C{my_user_name}%5CDownloads%5C{my_exe_name}.exe' because the scheme does not have a registered handler.
