Update for IDA 7.6 #26

7.6 invalidates hexdsp. Won't be able to compile with hexrays support. This ignores hexdsp

Thanks for your PR. Looks good to me. I am wondering though what they provide instead.

I went through some of the samples. They totally removed all use cases involving hexdsp. Didn't find anything which provided the same functionality when I skimmed through the code.
