New feature: Subordinates win grants prizes

This PR adds a new feature (with setting). It is now possible to decide whether or not a win of one of your subordinates will grant you the prize.

• Removed if debug preprocessor directives that would break a release build
• Added also editorconfig setting and adjusted for projects codestyle
