Change background color #112

It would be great if the background color could be made dark, or customized in different ways. Artists might want to edit the background color with absurd colors...

Since the graph background colour matches the system light/dark scheme, I'm not sure there's a real need for this.

Also, an arbitrary background colour could lead to poor contrast with some of the line colours.

I currently see Plots as more of an educational tool for exploring mathematics, rather than a graphical or artistic tool.
