Forecast Plus Window Opens Tehn Goes Blank #40

As titled, I click on the toolbar item for Forecast Plus. The splash screen opens, it then goes to a screen for "Full Forecast" with turning circle and a spot where search for location can be entered, and then immediately changes to a blank window?

That how mine has been acting for almost 2 weeks now. I'm ready to uninstall it. Even the icon doesn't show the temperature any longer. Loved it when it worked, but now I'm really disappointed.
