Please note that I verified that 'Last updated' time displayed when simply hovering add-on (v0.5.7 installed in MS Edge Enterprise v109.0.1518.140) button after 23:59 does not restart from 00:00 but continues until 24:59 then restart from 01:00. P.S. My apologies for not being 100% precise since beginning.

Do you mean the "Last Updated: ..." time?
