Feature: Wifi Connection #12

The Wifi connection icon should take into account the real wifi connection status of the client and its strengh. From that it should adapt its display.

Unfortunately, we can't implement a stable cross-browser feature letting us get the current network informations such as the type, its connection status and strength.

On the contrary, the adaptability of the icon has been implemented and we can set a state, by default its fully connected though.

13 has been Migrated and fused with this one. I think it feels better when the cellular connection is at its best since we're simulating the use of WiFi.
