What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Opening EmuHawk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to start emulator, got an error and the game stopped working

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.1, Windows Vista

Based on the information given, I have no idea how to help.  So you have .net 
4.0 installed? Try manually installing it? What kind of cpu? graphics card? Can 
that card support opengl?

Please try using Version 1.9.1

It should work.  If that does not work, then please make a new bug report.
