Turbo movie to frame X #212

For some cores emulation is pretty solid, but not rock solid. For example while
doing a Majora's Mask test run I had 3 desyncs that would seem like they synced
fine from states but desynced when played from the beginning.
Now for MM that is actually really good, but it means that the TASer has to
play back the movie from the beginning, from time to time, to make sure it
still syncs. That's a problem since N64 emulation is pretty slow and sitting in
front of Bizhawk, holding the Turbo button(s) is no fun.

So my request is a field in the movie playback dialog where the TASer can
specify a frame to which Bizhawk then torbus and pauses when it reaches it
(preferably even when minimized).
That way TASers can do something else in the meantime.

I'm going to consider this completed in revision 7384. The user is now able to
(in the play movie dialog) specify the a frame to automatically stop on
(including a convenient "last frame" checkbox). This doesn't automatically
turbo, but you can choose to ramp up the speed your self, hold the turbo
button, or use the turbo toggle hotkey.
