Movie recording and playback from savestate is broken #241

Bizhawk 1.7.4, happned on N64, not sure if other cores are affected as well.

When you try to record a movie you have to go through the process twice for 
bizhawk to actually start recording. Even then it desyncs pretty fast.
Same goes for playback, you have to try it twice.
