Lynx flip screen/controls 90° option for games that run in vertical mode! #287

The issue is similar to the one for Wonderswan where it is already solved.
Unlike Wonderswan there is no ingame flipping.

The following (No-Intro) games use the Lynx vertically:

Centipede (USA) (Proto)
Gauntlet - The Third Encounter (USA, Europe)
Klax (USA, Europe)
Lexis (USA, Europe)
NFL Football (USA, Europe)
Raiden (USA)

Since no games switch rotation in the middle of a game, do we need a separate 
set of keybindings?
