Bug with the initialisation of MintPy stack #6

With EZ-InSAR Version 2.0.0 Beta, and Ubuntu.

During the initialisation of MintPy stack, it is possible to re-initialise the stack (e.g., after a pause of the processing), the bug is that the parameter file is re-created and replaced by default values.
