Xcode 10.2 do not support Swift 3.0 as the framework lowest version #151

I think something is wrong here.
And I should change Swift version manually

Showing All Messages :-1: SWIFT_VERSION '3.0' is unsupported, supported versions are: 4.0, 4.2, 5.0. (in target 'BulletinBoard')

Can you try with v4.0.0?
