Right after submitting my PR, I noticed two errors in README.md.

  1. gototop.meta is missing from the directory listing.
  2. There is no top.php in this project, but an unused top.png.

Today I changed the icon's screen position to 'fixed', so now you can also scroll to top from the middle of a page. This change is live at: https://p.robertriebisch.de/
