2019.3 working, but with minor issues #2

Your project is neat and educational. Confirmed working in 2019.3.0f6 after some minor tweaks.

For anyone else who might like to fiddle with it, the demo scene (which lives under Packages/OpenMocap/scenes) works after you:

[ ] agree to upgrade the assets to 2.0 during initial load;
[ ] disable the "Directly to Camera Target" checkbox under the Actor Camera;
[ ] add OpenXR to Project settings/Player/XR Settings/Virtual Reality SDKs.

The headset I used was the Valve Index.
