Make EPGP a more universal tool

Now EPG is just great for loot distribution. But next to that it is by its
nature also a perfect attendance tracker that could be used not only for
loot but also for raid invites in the first place (lower EP gets invite
prio etc.)

Now though there is a problem with that. If you do that with a EPGP
halflife of 10 or 5 weeks, new members and slackers get forevery a high
invite prio.

So my idea was in general to add more values to the officer notes that can
be seperately linked, awarded, decayed and credited. Sort of like in a
spreadsheet. Optionally configured in guildinfo.

- maybe add 1 or 2 optional value-fields
- add  1 or 2 more optional boxes for recurring & one-time awards for them
- add 1 or 2 more optional and sortable columns in the list view for the
new fields
- add 1 or 2 more optional and sortable columns in the list view for
calculated values
- add 1 or 2 more configuarble decay buttons, one for each of the new field

Closing as won't fix. The "halflife of 10 or 5 weeks gives new members or 
slackers a forever high prio" statement 
is false. Other than that this will increase the complexity of the addon and 
make it confusing to new members 
and also diminish the already limited space for EP and GP in officer notes. As 
such I see no clear benefit from 
doing this.
