massive EP awarding presets #522

It would be great if we could create presets like

- punctuality 10 EP

in order to assign massive awards, instead of having to use the "other" 
tag and write by hand those reasons and scores we usually give.

(sorry, I don't know how to tag this issue as an enhancement)

Honestly, this part is the EASY part of the program, IF YOU can find the 
current class that contains the current list of mass awards.  I've searched a 
while, but cannot find it.

If you use the Other setting and type in Punctuality and 10 EP (though 10 EP is 
a bit low with the size of the GP costs but thats another topic altogether, I 
give out 5000 EP for that), next time you type in Punctuality, it will be 
remembered and auto fills in the EP amount for you.
