Add tokens to LibGearPoints #672

LibGearPoints lack cata tokens. There is a bit of complexity here since there 
is a single "token" the essence which you trade in for anything. I think we 
should just have the token be on a multiplier = 1 (same as head/chest/legs) and 
be done with it.

i've added the tokens...just replace it with the old one in AddOns\epgp\
