Two characters in same guild from different servers are overwriting each others ep/gp values in the guild note #740

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a two characters with the same name on two connected realms and put
them in the same guild.
2. Award some EP or GP to either character using the EPGP interface

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Characters from different servers with the same name should be treated as two
independent characters. When viewing the EPGP list using the mod's interface,
often the game will flicker between showing the two characters in the same slot
if they are different classes. Only one of the characters is visible in the
list at a time. During mass awards, sometimes the EP will be awarded to one
character and not the other, and sometimes it will revert and overwrite the EP
value with the other character's current value.

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions? How many members do you have in your guild? (/guildinfo).

This is happening with 5.9.20 enUS. I am also running Grid, BigWigs, Recount,
TellMeWhen, OmniCC, Postal, and Quartz, but I don't think they're having an
effect on this bug.

Paste the text surrounded by -EPGP- in Guild Information here:

-EPGP-
@DECAY_P:10
@EXTRAS_P:100
@MIN_EP:1500
@BASE_GP:1
-EPGP-

If this is about http://www.epgpweb.com integration, what is the realm
and region of your guild?

Please provide any additional information below.
This only became an issue after the WoW 5.4.2 patch and after updating EPGP to
5.9.20 to support the changes in that patch.

Yeah this is an annoying one. It's going to take a fair bit of plumbing to
fix. I'll try to work on it in the near future but I wouldn't count on an
immediate fix -- perhaps considering renaming one of the toons would be good :(

One was a level 3 alt so we just kicked it from the guild. It seems like it
would be a pretty rare case in general but just wanted to let you know.

I'm running into this problem with our guild right now too. Presently, we have
two hunters with the identical name in the same guild - each from a different
connected realm. Only one is a raider - and the second hunter is an alt of the
Main (he picked up the second hunter to save his name)

Has a work-around solution been found for this yet? If we simply over-write
the officer notes with XX on the alt toon, would this fix the issue or would
this still cause a glitch as the mod tries to assign ep randomly to one or the
other?

Thanks in advance for any update.
