Issue #39 and #40 - Updates for EditPage #40

No longer get username/password auth issue now that the params are aligned Give Edit Page the option to Publish. It's defaulting to draft otherwise.

Woops was meant to open up two pull requests for these separate issues... hopefully that isn't an issue!
