ValueError: element must have non-negative valuation in order to compute residue. #38

This time when computing the conductor for the curve 2520.c.680400.1 at the prime 5.

Cool I'm pushing a fix that attempts to normalize a bit when the minpoly has a p in the denominator, its another hack rather than a normalization procedure that will always work but the more lmfdb curves the better lol. And I found an lmfdb bug in the process lol which confused the hell out of me https://github.com/LMFDB/lmfdb/issues/3925 .
