• Text that's usually used for links to "Terms Of Service" or "Terms Of Use" or "Conditions Of Use" or "User Agreement".
• Text that is commonly associated with data-mining activities such as "spidering" "scraping" "crawling" or "harvesting".

Hello @alexjc, here is the translation in french ;)

• Terms Of Service / Terms Of Use / Conditions Of Use / User Agreement = Conditions d'utilisation
• spidering / crawling = Exploration de site web
• scraping = Extraction de données
• harvesting = Collecte de données

For data mining terms, there is no single term direct translation, we generally use common english terms instead of translating to french.

Thank you! That's fantastic. If there are any variations especially of the first line, things that sites use, feel free to post them too.

It's not about finding a single translation (like in games or films) but finding all the words that cover what french companies use on the open web.

FYI : I see some sites use "C.G.U." for "Conditions Générales d'Utilisation"
