Add in Google Translate API #1

when a user writes a message, before submitting they should be able to press a translate button, which allows them to translate to a range of different languages. You'll need to ping the Google Translate API and then spit back translated text before submitting

Added the translation. The only item here is to allow weird characters when translating from french or catalan
