Update Environment variables #28

  1. Update the Environment variables on:

    • Docker installation page
    • Qnap installation page

  2. Remove the Environment variables from readme.md as they are double with environment-variables.md

  3. Place a info hint on the docker install where the Environment variables overview can be found.
