Remove intltool #223

@matteobin, could you check if it works with unstable? ./autogen.sh && make distcheck should create the tarball.

Spek is working on Debian unstable, I tested it this morning.

The only minor issue, probably unrelated to the intltool affair, is that the Italian translation seems incomplete: as you can see from the attached screenshot, Edit has been correctly translated in Modifica, whereas Preferences remains unchanged. This might be due to the Italian translation being incomplete or outdated.
