Show peak and RMS signal level #42

  1. When involved with active crossovers to run separate amplifiers for different frequency ranges it would be of great value to anlyse ones music in terms of power within specified ranges of the audio spectrum i.e. band pass power analysis. This is useful in determining the necessary output for a given amplifier serving a particular frequency band. This is most useful as a second graph showing the accumulated power versus frequency for a given set of music. A benefit wolud be that this graph would also show any audio codec low pass characteristics (issue #14) I beleive.
  2. Right now I do not understand the meaning of the power bar in dB. To what power is it realted?
