can you please update the project.clj

lein figwheel no longer works

Also, lein cljsbuild once min doesnt create anything at http://127.0.0.1:1223/min

Sorry I missed this, related figwheel issue here https://github.com/bhauman/lein-figwheel/issues/612. I believe this fixes things for java10/11.
