New Person Attribute: Can Contact About Work #12

Thinking a bit ahead about the likely recruiter situation - adding an attribute that is "no" by default, but lets people opt in to be contacted about jobs and/or gigs.

This opens the door for "hire me" options to be turned on and do some interesting things there, but also have leverage if a recruiting firm says "they didn't say they didn't want to be contacted".

Can you lay out the options you were describing the other night for this feature? (Looking for gigs, no contact from recruiters, etc.)

I don't know if this language is quite right, but I'm thinking something like this.

(Don't) Contact me about Gigs
(Don't) Contact me about Jobs
(Don't) Contact me about Recruitment/Placement Services

Add options to display Twitter and LinkedIn account links in this contact options box

This needs copy and style love, but functionality-wise it is complete.
