Hi,

this is not an issue but just a question. I realized that you didn't specify the seed number when running the NGSadmix command and was wondering if by default NGSadmix then uses a different random seed in every run. That's because I read that for using the Evanno approach to calculate the most suitable value of K, each replicate should be run with different random seeds.

Yes, I do believe that is built into the NGSadmix function.
