Inline Box Counter Bug in Edit/View mode #12

So stoked for the tool; inline box counters are exactly what I need. Worked at first, but they're bugging for me now tho. Their behavior in Edit/View mode seems reversed. In view they only display as the literal text 0/6, Any advice?

I'm not actually sure if it's even possible to make them work in reading view, because they are supposed to change the source markdown text when you click on them. I'll look into it more though when I have time!

Boxes and other inline elements should work correctly in reading view, in version 0.4.2 🙌
