Add trigger for "on pinned" #60

It would be nice if there was a way to trigger on a build being pinned. We use pins (and tags) to indicate types of releases -- beta, GA, etc -- and so posting that to channel when it's done would be a very handy thing.

Could you provide more information, how we can reproduce your environment and what settings do you want to add?
