chore: add node_modules to gitignore #9

Not much value added but I've found myself annoyed by the presence of node_modules at the root of the project in my git status :)

Huh, weird that it was showing up for you! There's a good chance that I have have a root-level gitignore blacklisting that directory, maybe that's why I haven't been trolled by this in the past.
