Rebase charts on bjw-s charts #32

The currents charts are not standardized and differ between them. A lot of self hosted charts utilize the bjw-s template so both familiarity and reduction of maintenance would be a benefit.

Except for the postgres-cluster chart the rest are not unique and can be converted.

Most of these charts can be used in cluster utilizing the app-template pattern instead. Evaluate each chart to see if it's necessary to maintain. All of the charts that are simple, ie only contain deployment, service, ingress, pvc, etc, can likely be removed.
