need to add QtSDK to path before compiling #16

might want to update your readme to include instructions for adding the QtSDK/Desktop/Qt/474/gcc/bin/ to your path, otherwise the make will fail to run. That threw me for a look for a while.

REAME updated. Note we are now recommending the use of qt5 instead of qt4.
