prepare first set of plots #10

@liorshig - I'd like to prepare a single notebook with the first set of plots we discussed (check of homogeneity), based on 1000 vc7 files. Then we'll replicate it for a larger set. Meanwhile, we'll make it a demo notebook for the pivpy capabilities
