I suggest a system wide option to enable and disable talk back should be
added on to android. I know that currently in jelly bean there is the option
of drawing the rectangle or place to fingers on the screen for a period of time
to do this on the initial system set up, but what do we do afterwords if for
example talk back crash's, if a sighed person asks to use our device plus many
other reasons. We need to get help from a sighted family member or friend to
get talk back up and running, and that is something we shouldn't have to do.
I suggest a gesture, hard wear button press, or a combination of both that will
work universally through out the whole system which enables/disables speech
quickly for us without requiring sighted help.
